The staff, governors and children of Westwood Primary School would like to welcome you and your family to our school.
At Westwood Primary School we have a clear vision and determination to ensure all children are in receipt of high quality teaching and learning, make good progress and achieve true potential.
Westwood Primary School works in partnership with Grove Primary School. I am the Executive Headteacher of both schools and share my time between the schools. Both schools are lead by the Head of School in my absence. Additionally, there are other leadership, teaching and support staff shared roles across the two schools. Together, the schools strive for excellence, have a relentless drive for school improvement and benefit from the shared ethos and working practices.
Both schools offer a high quality education to all children. Our aim is to provide a caring, nurturing, stimulating, exciting and safe learning environment. We strongly value the importance of parents/carers and look forward to working in partnership with you.

Active Athlete Harvey got man of the match on Sunday whilst playing football for his team. His coach awarded this to Harvey for... "Giving 110% - he took what we did in training into the game: we asked him to call for the ball more which he did and to be an option for his team mates to pass to. Also, his attitude was top class."
