She has spent 15 years employed within the mental health and criminal justice systems and have always found ways to utilise knowledge and skills gained from this, to support the school with their various projects and improvement plans. She has supported projects on mental health, SEND, safeguarding and whole school behaviour. Eve feels confident at providing supportive challenge and encouraging reflective practice. As a Governor she has supported the shcool through a number of external review processes whereby they sought to improve their function. She feels she learnt from them, a wealth of ideas for ways to assist the Senior Leadership Team, to continue to develop the school to the holistic benefit of every child in their care. Eve is keen to support and celebrate the success of the shcool as it continues it's journey
